All products are guaranteed to operate. When you receive your product, install batteries (not always included) and turn on the product. Should the product fail to operate check to be sure the batteries are installed correctly. If the item still does not operate or is defective, you may email our fully knowledgeable all women consultants at admin@discountedsextoy.com. They will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and an address to send the item back. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will exchange it for the same item and ship it back to you at our expense and credit you for your return postage. Its that simple!
All requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be accepted. The items will be discarded and no credit will be given.
Due to the nature of these products, per the Public Health Trust, non-defective products that have been opened CANNOT be returned and NO credit will be given.
We will, however, accept return of any unopened item and issue a store credit for another item from our catalog, less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Exclusions: If the item has been used it cannot be returned! Due to the Public Health Trust and nature of the item, Bio-Hazardous items cannot be sent via any public carrier. If an item has been determined to be used it will be discarded and there shall be no credit issued. Please understand these exclusions as they are meant for the safety of the general public.
